Nvidia Posts $68B Quarter

AI Agents Enter 5G Control

Solar Surpassed Hydro in 2025

TL;DR: The US Energy Information Administration reported that electricity demand rose 2.8 percent in 2025, while solar generation surged 35 percent, surpassing hydropower for the first time. Solar and wind supplied most of the additional demand, but coal generation increased 13 percent. Tens of gigawatts of new solar, wind, and battery capacity are planned for 2026.
