Nvidia Posts $68B Quarter
TL;DR: Nvidia posted $68 billion in Q4 revenue, up 73% year over year, with $62 billion coming from its data center segment. Kalshi Issues First Insider Fines

AI Agents Enter 5G Control

Telecom operators du in the UAE and Orange in Europe and Africa are testing it, aiming to let networks adjust latency and capacity dynamically, while regulators and operators evaluate reliability and oversight.
O2 Debuts First Europe Satellite Mobile
TL;DR: Virgin Media O2 launched Europe’s first satellite-to-mobile service, using SpaceX’s Starlink to provide texts, WhatsApp, and location services on regular smartphones in areas without terrestrial coverage. New York Targets Valve Loot Boxes

The complaint argues the $2.49 key-based system resembles slot machines, targets minors, and has generated tens of millions from New Yorkers, seeking to halt the practice and recover profits.
Solar Surpassed Hydro in 2025
TL;DR: The US Energy Information Administration reported that electricity demand rose 2.8 percent in 2025, while solar generation surged 35 percent, surpassing hydropower for the first time. Solar and wind supplied most of the additional demand, but coal generation increased 13 percent. Tens of gigawatts of new solar, wind, and battery capacity are planned for 2026.
Tech Giants to Sign Power Pledge
